The word “Set” has a lot of meanings, but the first thing what tricker up in my mind of the word set is –something that is permanent and lasting without essential change, something that is indestructable such as concrete, set something in stone, to draw something permanent such as tattoo...... To set things free from something, something that is unrestrained such as a person escaping from a stress of mind, a mind that is free from any destruction and uncontrollable which lead to peace of mind. The physical vs the mental, the pain of physical will always recover but the mental pain can last eternity. So mental can cause
permanent.
